We wish to advise that our Zeebrugge Terminal is going live with a new terminal operating system (TOS) on Sunday June 4th. This system is being introduced in 2 stages:

• Phase 1 is the gate and the rail (data and administration improvement), with Phase 2 the loading and unloading of the ships via an application and a yard module (operational improvement).
• Phase 2 will take place in the autumn.

The preparations and training sessions have been done and on Thursday 1 June there will be a final meeting to decide on go-no go on Sunday 4 June.

During the first week of the go-live we have the supplier, P&O UK IT department and go-live specialists on site and also extra resource to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Please note there may be some delay at the gate at the time of go live and will appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition period.
